Prices​
-The entire facility is available for rental at $670/night Sunday-Thursday nights and $730/night Friday, Saturday nights and holidays. We do not rent the cabins out individually.
-A 3-night minimum booking is required, and full payment by check is necessary to reserve your dates. If you don't have a checkbook, we recommend using your bank's online bill pay service. To keep costs low, we do not accept credit cards.

-We’re thrilled to host events and are honored when people choose our cabins to celebrate with their loved ones. We welcome all types of gatherings! For groups of 20 or more, a refundable event deposit is required—$500, $750, or $1,000, depending on the size of your event. To receive your refund, please ensure that the Large Event Calculation Sheet is completed at checkout.

-We charge $3 per person for additional day guests and we charge an additional $7 a person per night booked for people camping, whether it be in tents/hammocks/campers/RV’s/pop-ups etc.
​
​-We provide propane for cooking in the pavilion, but if you would prefer to be equipped with more than the base amount, some local guests like to provide their own propane. If you'd like to purchase it from us, we charge $30 per propane tank.
-Firewood: Bring your own for a cozy bonfire, or grab some from Maverik Adventures in Thayne – your perfect fuel for a night under the stars!

-In an effort to promote recycling, we have provided a recycling station for sorting trash. We provide free removal of all aluminum, compost, and paper waste as long as it's kept sorted and separate. As for general waste, we collect one bag for every two days, additional bags of general waste will be $5 each in order to incentivize recycling.

-During the spring and early summer, it is occasionally possible to rent the cabins out individually, inquire by email for pricing.

House Rules and Policies for Preston Ranch Cabins
​
-Check-in is at 3 PM, and checkout is at 11 AM, but don’t hesitate to ask if you’d like to check in early or check out late. If we have the time, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
-Please turn the music down after 10 PM. The cabins are isolated, so you don’t need to turn it off completely, but we like to be considerate of our community—loud music can carry quite far in Bedford.
-Please leave the cabins as you found them. We love that guests make the space their own, but if you move furniture or put up decorations, be sure to clean up afterward and return everything to its original place before you leave.

​Glamping Tents: We offer two spacious glamping wall tents for guests who’d like a little extra room. They are rented together for $40 per night (a 3-night minimum, totaling $120). For more details, see “Facilities.”

Barn Dance Experience
Looking for a fun night your whole group will remember for years to come? Why not host your own barn dance? Enjoy a 1-hour group country swing or line dancing lesson with a professional instructor, plus a PA system with speakers. The pavilion offers a fantastic dance floor, and with the stunning sunset as your backdrop, it’s the perfect setting to dance the night away.
