Prices

-The entire facility is available for rental at $620/night Sunday-Thursday nights and $680/night Friday, Saturday nights and holidays.

-A 3-night minimum booking is required, and full payment by check is necessary to reserve your dates.  If you don't have a checkbook, we recommend using your bank's online bill pay service.  To keep costs low, we do not accept credit cards.

-We are happy to host events! We welcome all kinds of events and are truly touched when people choose our cabins to celebrate with those they love. For groups of over 20, a minimum event fee of $500 will apply. This fee may increase if additional factors - such as day visitors, overnight guests, awnings, RV/camper trailers, or damages to property - cause the total to exceed the $500 minimum.  Please see below for further details. 

-We charge $2 per person for additional day guests, $5 per person for camping per night of reservation, and $10 per RV/camper trailer per night of reservation.

​-We provide a welcome packet of firewood for bonfires and propane for cooking in the pavilion, but if you would prefer to be equipped with more than the base amount, some local guests like to provide their own propane and firewood. If you'd like to purchase it from us, we charge $8 per firewood bundle, and $30 per propane tank.

-In an effort to promote recycling, we have provided a recycling station for sorting trash. We provide free removal of all aluminum, compost, and paper waste as long as it's kept sorted and separate. As for general waste, we collect one bag for every two days, additional bags of general waste will be $5 each in order to incentivize recycling.

-During the spring and early summer, it is occasionally possible to rent the cabins out individually, inquire by email for pricing.
